Comelia L. Walker, our founder, hails from Canton, MS, where her journey of service began. Growing up as the eldest of four girls in a single-parent household, she took on significant responsibilities, especially during her parents' incarceration. This experience shaped her understanding of the importance of self-care and prioritizing one's own needs. As Miss Jackson State University 2017-2018, Comelia embraced her calling to empower others to recognize their worth, leading to the creation of Finally First—a testament to her journey of putting herself first.
